The City of Charleston is seeking bids from qualified contractors to purchase and install a 24" WaStop in-line valve, a 60" WaStop in-line valve with a 6' I.D. doghouse manhole and 60" RCP, repair/replace asphalt surface, and provide site security, all as shown on the construction documents. Must comply with SCPA Special Conditions. A non-mandatory site inspection is scheduled for April 14 at 2:00 pm.
