The selected proposer (the audit firm) will be expected to audit all revenues and expenditures of The COMET in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller of the United States. The auditor will be required to assist with implementation of Governmental Accounting Standards Board statements as applicable.The audit firm will render their auditors’ report on the basic financial statements.
