Rock Hill Schools is requesting bids for the newly created space for the Baseball and Softball teams within the existing Jewell Building. The existing storage space will be divided by new partitions. Restrooms will be added. The work includes, but is not limited to, select demolition, concrete slab work, masonry, windows, doors, interior finishes, and all structural, mechanical (plumbing, HVAC), and electrical work necessary to complete the project.
