Description of Project/Services:
The Project consists of the demolition & reconstruction of an office attachment to an inmate dormitory. Renovation of the inmate dormitory with Toilets, Showers, Staff Toilet, Officers Station, and Mechanical, Electrical, & Storage spaces. The project consists of replacement of wooden section of the complex constructed in 1950. The building contains approx. 7656 SF of office space. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, & equipment necessary to complete the project.
