Description of Project/Services:
Scope of work includes roof replacement at Building 14. Roof replacement includes removal of the existing gravel surface built up roof system down to the existing roof deck, installation of a base sheet/vapor retarder, installation of lightweight insulating concrete roof deck with insulation, and installation of a new thermoplastic (PVC) roof membrane system. Associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.
