Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) will perform the Columbia East Traffic Improvement Area Plan.  The intent of this land use and transportation plan will be to evaluate existing land uses and potential transportation alternatives to address the long-term, multi-modal transportation improvements required to accommodate a potentially significant level of development within and adjacent to the project area.
