This is a REBID of a previous solicitation. Scope of Work includes removal of existing HVAC systems and replacement of systems with a new Variable Refrigerant Flow HVAC system as indicated. Changes made from the previous solicitation include elimination of service agreement, clarifications of warranty scope and simplification of materials.
