Quote request: trained and licensed crew to site, perform OSHA required lockout/Tagout, uncouple motor remove from discharge head; disconnect pump unit from foundation and wellhead piping; remove unit from well; return the complete unit to shop for disassemble and inspection; provide report of any deficiency and costs to return this unit to proper operating conditions; perform color video analysis and report of well condition; site clean up; demobilization.
