The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston will receive submissions for proposals from licensed Surveying firms interested in providing services at various CHA locations including existing public housing communities that will be preserved and substantially rehabilitated as part of its conversion under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.
