SCDOT is seeking bids for the provision of planning and technical services which include various management and administrative tasks that support the Department's Traffic Incident Management (TIM) and State Highway Emergency Program Motorist Assistance (SHEP) Programs. Contractor will work closely with DOT's district level TIM and SHEP personnel, SCDOT HQ personnel, and district Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) staff to update, improve, and expand current efforts in these areas.
