Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment to deliver, set-up, breakdown, and pick-up 3,800 folding chairs to the College of Charleston Spring commencement ceremonies. The initial contract will be for the 2019 commencement ceremony with four (4) optional renewals for the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 commencement ceremonies.
