Description of Project/Services:
Base Bid work includes cleaning, preparation and repairs to horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces, removal of the existing liquid-applied membrane, crack repairs, sealing/patching at column/plate connections to receive waterproofing system and modifications, including termination bar with waterproofing system and sealant replacement. Extent of work is shown on drawings, and all work is to be included within the Base Bid. Work expected to begin September or October 2022.
