Edisto Beach is soliciting bids from a licensed contractor to remove (and dispose of) approximately 3,250 square feet of existing carpet and replace with Luxury Vinyl Tile planks and install approximately 825 feet of painted quarter round molding. Contractor will be responsible for removing and replacing all furniture.
