The Town of Bluffton is seeking sealed bids for construction of site development of Phase I of the New Riverside Barn Park. General scope includes mobilization, clearing, grubbing, earthwork, excavation, grading, roadway and sidewalk paving, drainage including concrete inlets and subgrade drainage and pond, signage and pavement markers, utility extensions, erosion control.
