Description of Project: Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking a contractor with a minimum of ten (10) years in business to replace the roof on an office building. The roof is approximately eleven thousand five hundred (11,500) square feet. The roof replacement should be a class A roof certified to meet at a minimum the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards or equivalent.
