Energy Savings Company or Partnership (ESCO) to (1) study and suggest the most feasible Campus buildings from the initial building list that could contribute and/or profit from the implementation of Guaranteed Energy and Water Savings measures (SMs), (2) develop specific SMs with life cycle cost analysis for each building and the overall project, (3) design and build the construction modifications necessary to fully implement the SMs in each selected building or campus location.
