Scope of work for Base Bid and Alternate No. 1 includes demolition of existing roof system down to gypsum deck, minor roof deck repair (see sections 03 5100 and 01 2200 for unit prices and initial quantities) and replacement of entire roof system. Demolition and replacement of all associated sheet metal components and accessories are included as noted on drawings. Base Bid and Alternate No. 1 are only different in the type of new roof system to be installed.
