Description of Project/Services:
Install a two-ply modified bitumen roof system for approximately 240 squares, including removal and replacement of select drains with asbestos abatement on the underside of these drains. An Alternate includes cleaning, preparing, priming and application of liquid applied elastomeric coating to a concrete screen wall as well as two coats of marine grade paint to exposed structural steel on roofs, and wet seal/sealants/tapes for skylight.
