The University of South Carolina is soliciting quotes from qualified sources of supply to retube the Hot-pass on the #1 Boiler at the East Energy Facility in accordance with all requirements and specifications stated in the solicitation.  Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project.  Contractor must have a "coded" welder with an "R" Stamp licensure to make repairs to a pressure vessel on its staff.
