The agency is seeking potential offerors to provide quote to perform the following:
1. Cut and remove an 11’ by 80’ section of asphalt driveway.
2. Dig out and haul off 12” of soil in the 11’ by 80’ area.
3. Backfill with crush and run in (2) 4.5” lifts with full compaction of each lift.
4. Install a 3” layer of asphalt.
5. Re-stripe one 4” X 70’ white line and one white arrow.
