The Office of the State Engineer is announcing the release of the proposed 2023 Edition of the Manual for Planning and Execution of State Permanent Improvements (“The Manual”). Pursuant to Section 11-45-3240, interested parties may review the proposed 2023 Manual and provide comment during the period of 60 days from the initial publication of this notice in SCBO. The Manual may be viewed at:

Red-lined copies of chapters and certain code tables with changes are posted. Any documents not posted, will not change from what is currently posted in the 2021 OSE Manual.
