ALT 1 includes removal/replacement of metal roof & siding of the pop-up penthouses/smoke hatches. ALT 2 includes maintenance/repairs to Roof Areas A and D. ALT 3 includes maintenance/repairs/restoration of historic decorative canopies & the clay tile roof.
