The University of South Carolina has an opening at the Russell House Student Union for an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and at a stand-alone location in Campus Village for an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) . Therefore, it is the intent of the University of South Carolina to solicit proposals from qualified Financial Institutions for the license to install, operate and maintain ATM’s at the proposed locations in accordance with all the requirements stated in the solicitation.
