Base Bid includes the removal and replacement of (4) packaged rooftop units with new as shown in the bid documents. Provide alternate pricing to replace (4) units as noted on the floor plans (AHD/HPD-7, 8, 9, & 11) separately from the based bid. Provide unit pricing to replace (1) existing classroom split heat pump unit with new ductless mini-splits as shown. Unit prices shall be based on a per occurrence to install or modify a whole functional system.
