Existing garage door opening (16’Wx7’H) to be enclosed. All framing and construction to be per the International Residential Code (IRC).
Exterior finish vinyl siding to match existing house. Interior to be gypsum board. All wall coverings shall be Class A fire rating.
Electrical outlets shall be added to the interior of the newly construction wall every 9’ on center.
Add new residential interior ceiling light fixtures.
