Description of Project/Services:
The SOW includes the selective demolition of abandoned roof top equipment, piping and electrical as well as the demolition of existing roofing systems, sheet metal flashing and downspouts. Renovation work to include deck patching, the installation of new roofing system and underlayment over laundry area with the remaining roofs to be recovered. Replace all metal flashing, fascia, collector heads, downspouts and roof drains as indicated on the plans and specifications.
