Request Bid Packet for complete details - Repair/replace existing damaged galv. sheet metal & screws/grommets. Fasten new 24-gauge galv. sheet metal w/butyl tape and/or sealant and galv. stitch screws. Pressure wash metal roof surfaces; clean out gutters & downspouts. Install 1 application of urethane sealant to fastener heads, penetrations & roof panel seams to the drainage roof edges. Install 2 applications of acrylic roof coating to metal roof surfaces. Mandatory pre bid meeting required.
