Lancaster County is seeking a contractor for the demolition of properties along Pageland Hwy in Lancaster, to facilitate the construction of a new detention facility. Environment testing has been completed for each property and the reports are attached to the solicitation. The awarded contractor will be required to provide the proper license credentials for hazardous material abatement prior to beginning work.
