Total project (Base Bid + Alternates) includes removal and replacement of all PVC condenser water piping, primary and secondary condenser water pumps, water source heat pumps, boilers, pumps, cooling tower, and rooftop heat pump units. Additionally, some work associated with ceiling demolition may be required to accomplish these mechanical renovations.
