Construct a 500,000 gallon, multi-column elevated potable water tank and related appurtenances. Bid Schedule includes an Alternate for a 300,000 gallon tank in lieu of the 500,000-gallon tank. Contract 2: Construct an Altitude Valve building with related valves, piping, electrical, SCADA, and etc. Construct overflow piping, headwall and swale, and provide 12" DI piping interconnection between new tank and existing system. Site grading and seeding.
