RICHLAND COUNTY, SC is soliciting electronic sealed bids through Richland PDT, the Program Manager, from licensed contractors, for Sidewalk Package S9 as a part of the Richland County Sales Tax Transportation Improvement Program. The project will consist of constructing 793 SY of 5 ft wide 4 inch thick concrete sidewalk along with 2 ADA compliant handicap ramps. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Richland Penny Transportation office August 15, 2018.
