Contractor shall construct a new concrete driveway in the footprint of the existing gravel driveway for the El Bethel Fire Dept. Substation. New driveway will be 84 LF wide at the edge of pavement and 34 LF wide at the termination.Driveway will be 28 LF measured for the edge of pavement to the end of the SCDOT right of way with a minimum 30’ curb return radii.
