Full replacement of natural gas boiler for this historic theater including removal and disposal of existing unit including disconnecting gas piping and hot water piping; disconnecting approximately 10 ft of stack and electrical connections. Unit should have 750MBTU capacity, immediately available, and installed immediately/no later than June 30, 2023. Supplier will need to furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits and insurance to complete work.
