The state of South Carolina Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the ESG Program, CFDA #14.231, for the program year 2023. The period of performance is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Private nonprofit entities are welcome to apply. Current and prior year subgrantees may also apply. Applicants must demonstrate programmatic and fiscal capacity, as well as need within the Continuum of Care region.
