Description of Project/Services:
The project consists of streetscape and related improvements to the intersection of US-278 and Hickory Hill Road (S-50) in Varnville, SC. The work will consist of milling and HMA paving, minor c&g installation, new pavement markings, installation of new light poles, and landscaping. An alternate bid item includes additional sidewalk work. No traffic signal work will be included in this project phase, and all work will be limited to the south side of the railroad.
