Kershaw County School District is seeking proposals for the organization, implementation, permitting, approval, management and administration of a program whereby the proposer pays the District a monthly lease or license fee. The District is interested in any program offered that may enable the District to improve the revenue generating capabilities of its owned property, or property that may be acquired in the future.
