The project consists of furnishing all materials, tools, and equipment and performing all the labor necessary for the reconstruction and extension of existing Osceola Ave, the extension of existing Ellen Ave, the construction of a new location roadway, and a parking lot for proposed townhome lots. Installation of a closed drainage system with a permanent stormwater facility and the extension of the City's municipal water and sanitary sewer systems will also be part of the project.
