Review and sound all architectural precast concrete panels on the exterior of the building in coordination with the architect/engineer to identify repair locations. Repairs to include but are not limited to: patching of debonded thin brick units and underlying concrete; creation of soft joints between panels where currently not present; addressing exposed corroded reinforcement, performing local grinding and pointing; replacing failed or missing sealants, cleaning of stains.
