(Approximately 32,224 SF) The work generally consists of the complete removal and disposal of the existing fully adhered PVC flexible sheet membrane roof assembly, metal and FSM flashings down to the surface of the existing lightweight gypsum roof deck; preparations and inspection of substrate decking, making repairs as necessary; and the new installation of a fully adhered PVC roof assembly, metal and PVC flashings and other work as specified.
