Description of Project/Professional Services:
This project will replace all 34 VAV's in the crawlspace of the SC State House as well as rebuild Air Handler Unit #1 in the basement. This equipment supplies heating and air to the first floor of the State House. This project will also include replacing and upgrading the current HVAC controls system for the entire building.
