Base Bid work includes complete removal of the existing roof assembly and installation of a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system for Roof Areas A, B, D and E for approximately 303 squares. Also included are repairs to the ridge, rake and eave conditions of the SSMR (Area C). ALT 1 work includes complete removal of all SSMR, installation of a new metal deck and fully adhered thermoplastic recover assembly for Roof Area C and canopy for approximately 106 squares.
