SLCOG is creating a pool of General Contractors for a Housing Rehabilitation Project governed by HUD. The project run from May 5, 2023, to May 31, 2025. The Housing Rehabilitation Project is funded through the HOME program and provides essential housing repairs/rehabilitation for those qualified homeowners.
