Town of Central is a small town of approximately 5,500 residents. The Town operates a water and sewer distribution system.  We also, maintain stormwater. The Town needs an engineering firm that will familiarize themselves with our system and make recommendations as to improvements to the system and coordinate with the Public Works Director and Administrator on a plan to make improvements which include grants, right of way acquisition and other functions that require an engineer.
