Description of Project/Services:
Roof membrane replacement of approximately 575 squares of low slope roofing down to the existing roof insulation at the facility. Roof membrane replacement includes replacment of existing damaged/deteriorated roof insulation, installation of a cover board, and a thermoplastic roof membrane system. Random roof repairs are included on the low sloped fully adhered EPDM roof memrbane roof systems not being replaced. Sheet metal components and accessories are also included.
