The Town of Heath Springs is soliciting proposals for Engineering Services for its Sewer Outfall Line Replacement Project. The project will replace approximately 5,400 LF of gravity sewer line and 25 manholes. The project will be funded in part by the SC Infrastructure Investment Program under the State's Rural Infrastructure Authority.
