We are requesting a vendor to prepare meals--breakfast and lunch for children at sites in Lexington and Richland counties. The Summer Break Cafe will operate as follows: Breakfast/Lunch operate for 35 days starting on June 12, 2023 and ending on July 31, 2023| 260 units per day for each from June 12, 2023 thru July 31, 2023 | 75 units per day (M-F)Supper &Snack operate June 5-9. Project meal reimbursement for the summer is $46,357.50
Bid for vendor to prepare meals (260 units per day for Breakfast, 260 units per day for Lunch, 75 units per day for supper and snack each for 5 days) and deliver to the Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment Center (BLEC) Site. The BLEC will deliver the meals to the feeding sites. The meal reimbursement projected for the duration from June 5 through July 31 is $46357.50. These rates are based on current 2023 meal reimbursement rates for urban areas.
