The City of Cayce is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide professional construction management services on an “as needed” basis for a two-year term. Cayce seeks to find a company that will provide plans, specifications and estimates, review plans, assist with design and master plan projects, and assist and/or design city construction projects.
Firms interested in submitting shall email a simple statement of interest to jcrosland@caycesc.gov by June 2, 2023, to be placed on a communications list regarding this project. Any questions about this RFQ shall be submitted via email to jcrosland@caycesc.gov by June 9, 2023. The City of Cayce will provide answers to all questions to all firms who have submitted a statement by June 16, 2023. The deadline for all submissions is June 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
