This Invitation for Bid is for obtaining offers and ultimately entering into a contract to provide vended meals for Fine Arts Preparatory School's nonprofit child nutrition
program, hereinafter referred to as the School Food Authority (SFA). The contract will be between the Vendor and SFA. The Vendor shall offer assurances that all operations addressed in the IFB will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the goal of the nutrition program.
