Deadline for inquiries or requests for modifications is Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. A CHA-selected committee will evaluate the proposal packages submitted. Evaluation criteria - Qualifications of Development Team 8 Points; Quality of Development Plan 8 Points; Total points 16. Proposal fee reviewed separately. CHA will select proposal most advantageous to CHA.
