The Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority is requesting proposals from firms interested in performing a regional feasibility planning study to determine if regionalizing sewer collection, conveyance, and treatment in Oconee County, South Carolina and a portion of Anderson County will streamline service delivery by evaluating the governance structures, revenues/finance, compliance, utility resources, and efficiency in operations of its participants.
OJRSA will select one professional firm with experience in regional feasibility planning and engineering to fully complete the project. The contract method will be a standard professional services contract. A pre-submittal conference will be held on June 8, 2023 at 2:00 pm Local Time at the Oconee Regional Joint Sewer Authority located at 623 Return Church Road, Seneca, SC 29678. Representatives of all interested parties are encouraged to be present to discuss the project.
